Screen time passcode

i want to erase all content and Settings on my iphne but when I enter the phone passcode it asks me for the screen time passcode which I forgot so what could be the solution?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

follow steps here If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
