iPhone11 iOS 13.5.1

I have iPhone 11 running iOS 13.5.1

Settings>My Apple ID>iCloud>Manage Storage>Backup>iPhone

Shows a list of apps that have stored information in iCloud. They each have a toggle switch to determine if that particular app can backup data to iCloud.

Apps listed for me are as follows:

Photo Library 1.7MB

Keyboard Data (Chinese & Japanese) 676 KB

Medical ID no data

Files no data

I just created my Apple ID but I have seen this Keyboard Data (Chinese & Japanese) backup in previous Apple ID’s back storage. I have tried Toggling off it’s backup, Deleting backup, Toggling off Memoji Stickers, Removing Emoji Keyboard. Unfortunately, it remains in backup. Going into my iPhone’s iCloud backup is the only way I have been able to locate this “app”. The icon next to Keyboard Data (Chinese & Japanese) basically looks like a spider web but ultimately just a set of horizontal, vertical, and diagonal lines as well as circles inside of a square.

Ive been having a lot of issues with my iPhone and Mac (Catalina). Analytics & Improvements on my iPhone shows a long list of ‘Events’, some of which I’m not necessarily concerned with like, “low battery log” but I feel others may be concerning like; “xp_amp_notifications” “rtcreportingd” “stacks” and “com.apple.webkit.webcontents.wakeups_resources”

In these I see bug types 120, 211, and 225

The Webkit’s analytics shows xpcservices as part of its path and the architecture is ARM64 or ARM64e

There are 36 total tabs in analytics data and I factory reset my phone yesterday.

Anybody have any thoughts?

As far as I know there is no need to be concerned about the keyboard data. It is presumably connected to Apple's Chinese and Japanese keyboards which you cannot remove and do no harm. Search these forums for those terms if you want to read more posts about it.
