Frozen in the apple logo all day long, none of the help works....iPhone 11 Pro max 256GB

I donut understand what's happening, I was using the photos app, the app froze, I could not use it or close it so I restarted my iPhone 11 Pro MAX 256GB and it never went pass the apple logo, for an entire day now.....
