I donut understand what's happening, I was using the photos app, the app froze, I could not use it or close it so I restarted my iPhone 11 Pro MAX 256GB and it never went pass the apple logo, for an entire day now.....

thanks but it didn't work before and still not working...
Then you may need to get an appointment at an Apple Store for help.
