2 days ago I left my iPhone 11 Pro to charge and when I woke up, I saw that my phone is freeze with apple logo. Tried with hard reset but nothing - 2 full days can't work with it. How can I repair this?

Now I'm on Recovery Mode. When connect to my MacBook and go to update the software, it freeze in 40 % and show that the phone can't be updated - unknown error (14). I don't want to make restore because the latest backup on iCloud is on 31st July, and I have a very very important pictures from 1st and 2nd August. Please help me :( How to wake my phone without loose data? Thanks in advance!
