Freezes on Apple Logo

How can I take my iphone off the apple logo when it just freezes on the logo. Nothing else. I tried to do the hard reset but once it turned black it turned back to the logo without me doing anything. How can I fix it?

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen
