frozen to apple logo

Hi

i am using xs max, it gave me a message of full storage and to delete big videos, when i tied to delete the deleted pic and videos, it reappear again. so i tried to restart my iphone, now it is frozen to the apple logo, when i tried to update it, not possible, error is the msg
