I received a phone call saying that my iCloud had been breached. It had the right return phone number. I just hung up. I try not to use iCloud, so I don't know what they are talking about.

You were wise to hang up on the criminals making those calls.
Apple does not make such calls.
All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.
