my iphone won’t update. its still on ios 12 and everytime i try to update it it says that there’s no other update, but on my old phone it was updated to ios 13 and i dont know what to do.

iPhone 6 cannot be updated to iOS 13. Its hardware is insufficient to work with it. The maximum iOS you can install is 12.4.
