My phone fell in the water

Hello, my phone fell in the water. Now it will not work and the apple logo keeps flashing every two seconds. I tried to try the volume up volume down power button, but it would not update and restore. Is there any solution beyond getting a new phone?

Water damaged iPhone XS won't start Last night my phone fell in the water. And i thought it would be fine, because my iphone can get in the water for half a hour. Nope.

Liquid damage is not repairable.
