IPhone XS fell in water

My iPhone XS fell in the water. It should be water resistent but now it wont turn on. I only see the apple logo flickering.

What can I do and can it be fixed?

what do i do if water got into my iPhone 11 pro i thought this phone was water resistant- but after falling in water for a couple seconds, now it won't turn on. i vacuumed it for a bit (youtube video told me to try it) and its been an hour with no low battery or other symbols prompting on the screen :( PLS HELP :(
