Can not add new card to apple pay

Hey guys,

Recently I have lost my card, so I removed my old one from apple pay.

When I click to add new card, details of my old card are showing and I am asked to add CVV number of old card. Then I click - add other card, list of banks in my country shows, but when I click on my bank, nothing is happening.

Is there another place from which I need to remove my card? Or this is some kind of bug?
