Can anyone help me getting a contact e-mail to reach Apple Porta di Roma?

Support only provides phone numbers.

I need a copy of an invoice receipt for a MacBook Pro bought in 2016, therefore, no longer showing in my https://secure2.store.apple.com/shop/order/list.

No order number on the Apple Store purchance receipt to initiate a return I would like to return a MacBook purchased from the Apple Store. I have the receipt but no where on the receipt I can locate an Order Number. I received this receipt as an email and printout at time of purchase. Also the purchase does not show under my Apple ID purchases, I guess at time of purchase in store we did not buy it through the apple account but paid it directly via our credit card. I am trying to initiate an order return online and apple website it keeps asking me for the order number that I don't have.
