So I deleted the mail app and than re got it. What happened for me is that when I try to login with my iCloud email it does not work. It says that this account has already been added and it does not let me in. What should I do?it show my password but the screen shot made it disappear.

Have you checked to see if the account shows in Settings/Passwords & Accounts and is enabled?
