Deleting pictures/videos

I accidentally just set this in to motion, how do I stop it from happening? "iCloud Photos has been disabled. You have 30 days remaining to make sure you have a complete copy of your photos and videos."

iPhone 7, iOS 13

Turn it back on - Settings > Name > iCloud > iCloud Photos, then go to the Recently Deleted folder and recover all photos/videos.
