The App Store app disappeared off of my phone
On my phone I am unable to access the App Store application it disappeared off of my phone and I don’t know how to get it back

The App Store app is not one of the apps that can be deleted. The usual reason for it not being visible is due to a restriction on purchasing. See: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
