iPad Pro 12.9” Magic Keyboard Issues.

Is the iPad Pro 12.9" magic keyboard supposed to creak when you fully extend it? Just got mine June 7th, 2020 and its had this unsatisfying noise when I bend it backwards to raise the screen of the iPad Pro. The track pad does not respond sometimes to clicks and to touch as well. The keys seem to be working just fine. Tried reaching support to no avail. Stores in my area are closed now. Help please.
