Problem with magic keyboard for IPAD PRO

i come from Việt Nam , i bought new magic keyboard from Apple retail in Viet Nam . After 2 days when i use it - i listen from keyboard’s hinges one voice “ creaking “ . I want to ask Apple “ What is problem ? And how is fixing it “ .
