I want my screen protector replaced by an expert

Hi,i bought a new iphone 11 pro max on last march 2020(queens apple store).I also had a new screen protector which cost $39.After a month i got a problem with my screen protector because of the staff careless.i got a replacement by belkin and told me to get replaced by an expert at store.can i visit to the store? Do i need a reservation for this ?
