iPhone 11 with ios13 blocking all calls

My iPhone 11 using iOS 13 has started blocking all calls. Why? I have verified do not disturb is turned off. My volume is not muted. Why and how can I fix this quickly? Please help!!

Check the MUTE switch (above the volume buttons)

Go to Settings/Phone and turn off Silence Unknown Callers.

OK, here’s the key check. Do the calls appear in your Recents in the Phone app? If they do, the problem is with your phone; if they don’t, the problem is in your carrier’s network and you need to contact them.
