i can't make calls or receive them so i can't call apple support for help. what do i do?
I can't make calls, receive calls nor turn my phone off to restart it so what do I do?

To turn your phone off, hold the SIDE button and VOLUME UP button at the same time until Slide to Power Off appears.
If that doesn’t work perform a forced restart as follows:
- Press and quickly release VOLUME UP
- Press and quickly release VOLUME DOWN
- Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears
