Assistive Touch not appearing

So i was just watching something and then my assistive touch all of a sudden just disappeared. My home button doesn’t work either so I’m operating my phone using assistive touch. I want to restart my phone to see it if it might reappear but I’m scared that I won’t be able to get into my phone if assistive touch doesn’t appear. To get into my phone I slide to open up the camera, click on the photos and then all photos which makes me put in my passcode so i can get in. I tried to turn assistive touch on and off but i still don’t see it. What can I do?
