How do I disconnect my iPhone from my iPad?

I don’t like that my iPhone sends messages, adds photos and all the apps to my iPad as well. I want them to be separate so my son can use it without seeing my messages and the photos that get added. So I wanted to know how can I stop messages, phone calls, and my pictures from be added to my iPad.
