A strange transaction on Apple Pay notifications

Does anyone ever received notification un identified transaction in Apple Pay but not seen the same transaction in actual card.

i got a notification as Aws and so as been charged for transaction 14.50 from Amex card and when I check same bank app for more details I don’t see that transaction at all after sometime notification gone.

anyone ever experienced such should worry any suspicion of fishy on security.
