Apple Pay notifications
I receive multiple notifications about payment via apple pay on my card that I didn’t make!
also it’s not deducted from my bank account and not in my bank account statement

After reviewing your post, it seems like you are receiving notifications for purchases you did not make. If you have Family participants it may be some purchases they are making.
Set spending limits and get notifications for Apple Card Family participants
