Trying to reload my own music tracks from external SSD but iTunes insists my laptop is not authorised; it is of course!!

ITUNES INSISTS MY LAPTOP IS NOT AUTHORISED WHEN I TRY TO RELOAD MY OWN CD LIBRARY OF TRACKS FROM MY EXTERNAL SSD - IT IS OF COURSE, IT JUST DOSEN'T KNOW IT :(
