Music purchased from iTunes no longer authorised after move from Mac 21 to iMac 24

Music purchased from iTunes Store claim to be no longer authorised on my iMac 24.after moving them from Mac 21.

I have only 3 out 5 devices authorised.

Some tracks demand authorisation, but when I go through authorisation I am told that this computer is already authorised, BUT when I attempt to play them, the TRACKS STILL REQUIRE TO BE AUTHORISED so will not play.

Some tracks do 'respond' to re-authorisation so becoming playable.

The tracks which are no longer playable seem to have disappeared from iTunes so I cannot simply delete them and re-download them.

Anyone had similar problems?

iMac 24″, macOS 12.3

Repeated requests to authorize an already authorized computer for store downloads typically indicates you have corrupt or incomplete copies. Backup and then delete the tracks that won't play from your library without hiding from your purchase history. Redownload using the cloud links that should remain, or close iTunes and reopen if they don't show up straight away. While downloading click the activity widget and turn off the option that allows for simultaneous downloads.

Check your purchase history for hidden purchases.

If any of the items still play on your old computer then try burning to audio CD and then rip back as 256K AAC.
