We see that you're receiving an unexpected chime sound on your iPhone.
On the iPhone, if you go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics, do you see the chime listed here for any notification? If not, try restarting and updating:

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you're still having trouble with the chime sound, try reinstalling iOS. Before you proceed, please back up your data using the steps below. Once you've verified that your backup is current, follow the steps below to reinstall iOS on your iPhone.
