Phone glitch

I pay 2.99 a month for 200 GB, and it keeps saying I have no storage , my photos won’t download , my messages don’t want to send , every time I try to download an app , it glitches , every time I get on an app , it glitches , I can’t take pictures , it’s just ridiculous
