My volume keys are not adjusting the volume on my keyboard. Instead they are performing the functions of F10, F11, F12 and not as volume keys. Can anyone help?

Method 1: Check Function Key Behavior
By default, pressing F12 increases the volume while F11 decreases it. F10 is used to mute the sound. This is usually denoted by a speaker overlay on your screen. However, if the function keys are assigned to work as standard function keys, the Fn key needs to be pressed along with F10, F11, and F12 to control the volume settings. This behavior might’ve been toggled accidentally by another user and it’s recommended that you check this setting first.

No luck on this. It may be something with the OS. Still researching it.
