I already tracked it with the iCloud log in buh it is showing no device, any other option please

Then you can't track it.
Report it to your cellular carrier and the police.
What if i get the IMEI is there anyway i can track it?
No such thing tracking with IMEI number. You can only contact your wireless carrier to have them “blacklist” iPhone, so it will be useless to next person.
So please what’s the best option to locate the lost phone?
If you can’t track it on line, then you have to physically look up it. Since you say it was stolen, you will never find it.
If you cannot track it, it is gone. You take the lost.
