Why is my repair taking so long.
It has been over two weeks and I still have no information about my MacBook pro repair! NO ONE has ever contacted me about this repair, only that they received it over two weeks ago. I though Apple had always kept it's customers updated. REALLY VERY VERY ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED. I know that Corona virus is causing some delays, but apple should fine a computer someplace and find someone to keep me updated. I have been an Apple customer since 1984. This is NOT the Apple I had known and loved. Did they lose my computer. Wish someone would give me some information.
