Frustrated

I bought an iPhone 11 and set it up. I have my iPhone 6 to mum. When I enter new contacts into the iPhone 11 it shows up on iPhone 6.

I did a reset to clean the phone but the contacts did not delete.

help

You did not properly prepare it to pass on to your mother, OR you're sharing an Apple ID with her.

Well from what you have described Contacts app on both devices have access to the same account you keep your contact on. No other way for newly added contact on one device to magically appear on other device…

i think I will just factory reset again
