I had changed and remembered default finder window size and NOW I don't want this so how can I reset this to default settings?
I had used commas + option and dragged finder window to set it. Now, I don't event see option to Quit finder. It stays open and I don't want this. I'm running Mac OS Catalina.
Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

There normally isn't a way to Quit Finder unless you did something else to enable that behavior.
Ctrl-Opt click on the Finder Icon to Relaunch it.

So you mean that small dot stays beneath finder icon always?
Yes, it should. However, there is a setting in Dock System Prefs to turn on and off the indicator for all open apps.
