Printing System Information to PDF is not in Alphabetical Order

I'm trying to print out a list of all applications on several computers. Within System Information, the apps are listed alphabetically on single lines. When I print a pdf, the apps are out of alphabetical order with a lot more info listed, and I get 78 pages to sift through. I tried copying the application list in System Information, but you can't copy, only select. Any ideas on what I can do?

Thanks in advance

[All selected in the top panel should stay selected, but show greyed out]

From the bottom panel: Select All & Copy.

Pasting into a word processor will retain the sorted order visible:

[But with the additional information below each application name]

Nb. The order presented when printing from System Information corresponds to the

last application used, in descending order.
