ICloud storage

if I deleted my photos from the camera app, would I Still cave them saved on the photos app! I have 2TBs of I cloud storage. 2300 pics on both the photo app and on the camera app. Seems when I delete from the camera it also deletes it from the photos app. Do I need to go to a pc in order to use the ICloud features?

Iclound and photos Hi! I wonder how i can save my photos on icloud and then delete the photos in my cameraroll. I don't think it is necessary to pay 20$ for something that deletes everytime i delete a photo in my cameraroll.

When you delete photos from iCloud Photos, they are moved to the Recently Deleted folder for 30 days before final deletion.
