Why doesn’t Apple answer my suggestions

I waited seven months and didn’t get any answer from Apple,please answer other people’s suggestions and change the rules about feedback because you wrote (there is no obligation for Apple to review the submissions)so How do i know you read my suggestions and didn’t accept my suggestions or didn’t read my suggestions. Please answer this question:(What's the difference between those who are developers and those who suggest)why do you care developers more than suggester.
