Bluetooth issues - sound quality - iPhone11

Have 3 different JBL devices (Charge3, Flip4 and Clip2) and all works great with iPhone8 and iPhoneX. When we bought an iPhone11 we got problem.

Devices pair without problem but the sound is very distorted.

Having tried "forget" and pair again - no change

All units run lates iOS

What to do?

iPhone XR Spotty Bluetooth connection I recently have been having trouble with the Bluetooth on my iPhone XR. The phone pairs to devices, but after a few minutes the sound coming from devices will cut in and out badly. I have experienced this with 3 devices, two of which I have tested with my iPad. I definitely know it’s an issue with my phone as the devices worked perfect with the iPad. I have tried some things to fix this: unpaired and repaired the devices, reset the network settings, did a hard reset, and updated to the latest software. iPhone 12 Pro Max Bluetooth or iOS problem Issue with Bluetooth or iOS on 12 Pro Max: Strange, earbuds were paired as separate devices, Left and Right. When playing a song, only left earbud works. I had no issue with iPhone 6+. both were working, and paired as a single earbud unit. Apple, any ideas why it works with older Iphone 6+ but not with new iPhone 12 Pro Max ?

iPhone XS Max Bluetooth Issues 2 days ago, whenever I would connect to any Bluetooth speaker (AirPods, JBL headsets, and iHome speakers, it will connect and start to play but then it’s like there is sudden interference where the audio will skip on the speaker like a glitch. We tried turning off and on all devices, reset network settings. The only thing we have not done yet is a factory reset. Wife has a iPhone 7 and all the speakers play perfectly for her. Any known issues or anything else I can try as I’m out of ideas. [Edited by Moderator]
