Problems with connection to WIFI

My IPhone 6s finds WiFi, but can not connect. I have tried to connect to several WiFi networks, restarted phone, router, updated network settings. Please, help me!

Settings/General/Reset - Reset network settings. As you’ve done all of the other reasonable troubleshooting it’s probably a hardware issue.
