What do you mean by “weighs”. I assume you are referring to “Total Storage Capacity”. If so...

A. Go Here: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
B. Remove All Website Data:
- Go To: Settings
- Tap: Advanced
- Tap: Website Data
- Scroll: to bottom of window
- Tap: Remove All Website Data
