im from buy my iphione on USA i was lived there.

i was have a sim at&t.

in the CORONA i back to my family’s home on israel.

i buy new sim with israeli number, and i have a "sim no support".

pleas halp me !!!!!

You need to have your device unlocked by AT&T, if you are eligible.

You need to contact ATT to have them unlock your phone then use the link provided to unlock your phone.

What is the full error message that you get? It sounds like your phone is carrier locked to ATT.

Yes my iPhone locked on at&t!!

I do the reset to network but its not working.

if I do reset to my iPhone with ITunes like the report you send me.

i dell all my phone? All me pictures? No?
