Cannot access email via HughesNet
When I try to access my iCloud email account from my Mac using my HughesNet internet access, I get the following "Online Status" message: 'Mail was unable to connect to server “p38-smtp.mail.me.com” using SSL on the default ports. Verify that this server supports SSL and that your account settings are correct.'
I can access my iCloud email from my Mac using my iPhone as Hotspot via the Verizon Cellular network.
Some days it works fine via HughesNet. HughesNet tech says it is an Apple problem. Is it? Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
