I have just purchased a new Iphone 11 and are downloading my music from I cloud.
Every time I access my phone it asks for an old apple account (some of my music was purchased with the old account) This account does not exist with apple and the password is long forgotten.
Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
