Hand me down Apple Watch

So my friend gave me her old Apple Watch and I am trying to unlock it and clear her history and sync to my iPhone. How can we do this?

Firstly your friend needs to follow these steps;

Remove Activation lock

Then you can follow these steps;

Set up and pair Watch
