Is anyone elses phone acting up from the update my phones WiFi keeps going in and out

Not for me. Try to hard reset your iPhone. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons simultaneously for at least ten seconds. After about ten seconds, you should see the Apple logo and can release the buttons.
Forget the network and connect as a new connection.
My iPhone's WiFi keeps going in and out after updating it
