Hi! I have a problem with WiFi on my phone. It started on my old phone IPhoneX and now, after I’ve set my new phone using iCloud, this problem appeared on IPhone 12 too! The thing is that WiFi is totally unavailable, any button that supposed to turn it on doesn’t seem to work (I attached the photos below)

I already did that. Or I did it wrong or the resetting doesn’t work in this situation.
