WiFi problem

Hi! I have a problem with WiFi on my phone. It started on my old phone IPhoneX and now, after I’ve set my new phone using iCloud, this problem appeared on IPhone 12 too! The thing is that WiFi is totally unavailable, any button that supposed to turn it on doesn’t seem to work (I attached the photos below)

Try resetting your Network settings. If that does not work, then you need to see about service. Use the Contact Support link at the top of the page here to contact Apple Support.
