Banned from online purchases

Lately, every purchase I have made on the Apple store’s online website has been ‘cancelled/rejected’ by Apple and cancelled with any notification. It’s not any of my bank cards. It’s my Apple ID and email. I’ve called 8 times and went in to a store. No one will help me. They all say that the system is saying the order was rejected and no other info is give. I’m pretty upset because my husband and I are Apple users. We both have phones and watches. Now we have a MacBook Pro. This past summer I’ve had a lot of orders and returns. Have I been banned?

A Few Thoughts, having Read the Above:


A. This is a User Forum:

Being that this is a User-to-User forum, no one here would know the answer to that.


B. Not Fully Banned?:

You are able to get into these forums. So, (if it is the same Apple Account) your Apple Account is not (fully) banned.


C. Troubleshooting Payments:

  • Contact your Financial Institution:

As for iTunes - contact your Financial Institution(i.e. bank) - perhaps your bank (let's say) is seeing these purchases as scams. So, contact you bank, approving of online purchases through Apple.


  • Add iTunes Through a Gift Card:

Alternatively, purchase iTunes Gift Cards - see if you can then make purchases. Perhaps, get such a card at your local retailer, gas station, or drugstore. Important - Go Here: About Gift Card Scams - Apple Support


  • Use PayPal:

You need a default payment method. So, if it is an option in your area, you can use PayPal, rather than a bank card. Go Here: Default Payment Method - Apple Support

See If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203005.
