The pictures you provided were great as we can see exactly what you mean. How about from a workability standpoint? Does is the screen working how you'd expect when you use it normally, or are there also issues with things like it being too sensitive or not sensitive enough? If so, check out If the screen isn’t working on your iPhone or iPad for more info. If not, you might try removing any screen protectors or cases that are installed. If that also doesn't help, it'd probably be a good idea to have your iPhone inspected by a technician. iPhone Repair and Service has some information on that process.
