Followed suggestions but mouse is still intermittent. Soooo?

I replaced three battery operated Magic Mouse 1 devices (at my expense) either due to failure, sporadic bluetooth behavior, or spastic tracking quality. Finally, I purchased one, rechargeable Magic Mouse 2, and it has been excellent in every measure.

Coincidentally, I am using it with a Late 2013 27 in iMac running 10.14.6 and it works just as well with Catalina too.

No idea what Mac or mouse you are using.

Interesting. According to the Apple website a Magic Mouse 2 requires a 2014 or newer iMac. Go figure. 😎

Neither my MM2 or the iMac got that memo, apparently. The iMac was manufactured in June 2014.

I'm assuming either some gesture is not supported or the info is incorrect.

The MM2 even works with VB 6.1.10 guests: 1) Win 10 (2004), and Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. For how I use it, I have found no issues in its usage.
