How do I consolidate people in my Photos I have already named? I have 3 "mom" for instance and I want to combine them.

I am trying to name people in my photos, some of which I have already done, but apparently badly since I have multiple same names. How can I consolidate numerous same names into just 1 person? Also there used to be a feature whereas if you named the one person, other photos in the library came up with that persons face in it and it asked " if this is Henry", I cannot find that feature anymore....

I can't remember how to merge the "people," but I think you just grab the "person" on the People tab and drag them onto the other "person." There is a section for it on the help article I linked, below. It suggests another method.

If you double-click a person in People, it will have a message that there are other photos to review, but you can scroll to the bottom and there are links to confirm additional photos
